The Bobby Tillman Pact has been signed by thousands of people, who decided to accept the pledge and assist in making their communities and lives peaceful. It was written by Bobby's friends and classmates when he was first murdered. All of his friends were scared to leave their homes, since Bobby was chosen randomly and beaten to death, they thought it could happen to them as well...so they decided to stay within the safety of their homes. However, GOD creates us to be social and says to "FEAR NOT!" The children decided that it was up to them to make their community safe, and each friend contributed a way that the could help to create a safe environment...and the BOBBY TILLMAN PACT WAS BIRTHED!! A CHANGE STARTS WITH ME!!
